We’re proud to help bring a viral favorite to Minnesota!

Roni’s Mac Bar is now open on Level 3 in the South Food Court at the Mall of America, serving up fully customizable mac & cheese bowls, signature creations, melty grilled cheese, and loaded potatoes. From building your own bowl to trying one of their fan-favorite combinations, it’s a concept that’s already making waves.

To celebrate the opening, the first 100 customers on Saturday (4/25) have a chance to win free mac & cheese for a year, so if you’re heading to MOA, now’s the time to stop by.

This project came together through a fast-paced schedule, last-minute engineering changes, and the added complexity of working inside the largest mall in America. Our team worked closely with partners on-site to navigate logistics, coordinate efficiently, and keep everything moving forward, delivering a space that’s ready to handle the energy and volume this brand brings.

We’re excited to see this one open and thriving, and proud to play a part in introducing this hot, viral concept to Minnesota.
